What a fantastic day at the B.K.F.A National Championships. The adults and older cadets came away with a haul of silverware.  While we had our younger junior members who competed in their first national competition and every one of them did us proud. Great team effort and a great day.

A great Christmas Do with our Ladies Cardio KickFit class and a good time was had by all. Our competitive nature definitely shone through as well as our family spirit.

What a weekend at the CIMAC Super League series held in Windsor.

Trinity Leeson-Rice competed in light contact and points fighting divisions.

All the hard work put in is paying dividends as she lost a very close contest in her light contact final but then went one better to win her points final.

Fantastic effort and much deserved!

The three musketeers went to do battle today on behalf of PMA and although they didn’t win what they lacked in metals they more than made up for via commitment, skill, talent and dedication.  Well done to Aiden, Harley and Francisc.
