An intense squad training session for everyone today at Pro Martial Arts in preparation for the WOMAA World Games at the end of the month.

What a great day for two of our Pro Martial Art members at the Cimac World Cup.  Some solid performances were put in today by Trinity Leeson Rice and Taylor Swain.  Trinity came away with a Silver medal in both semi and light contact in -46kg division.  While Taylor was crowned Cimac World Cup champion in the -80kg semi contact division.

Fantastic achievements!  The Pro Martial Arts team are extremely proud!

Pro Martial Arts had a fantastic day at the Kings Heath Week of Action family event promoting our club and what we have to offer.  It was a good turnout by the local community and they had a great interest in Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing.
