Please be advised that we have the following dates booked for your Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing grading.

• Monday 30th November 2015 – 5:30 pm – Lau Gar Kickboxing
• Tuesday 1st December 2015 – 5:30pm – Lau Gar Kung Fu
• Wednesday 2nd December 2015 – 5.30pm – Lau Gar Kickboxing

Cost of grading – £30

You will have spend the last few month going through your syllabus work with your instructors in preparation and they will decide if you are ready to be graded.

Ensure you spend time practicing what you have been taught and ask your instructor any questions you may have regarding the grading or syllabus.

Please check that you have a valid licence and inform your instructor if you require a form for a renewal.

WAKO Senior World Championships 2015

Our very own Senior Instructor Chris Collymore has been selected to represent GB at these champions in Dublin next month!

His passion and dedication to the sport is second to none and a true inspiration to those around him.

Last year, he came back as European Champion and now he needs to finish the job and bring home the World Championship.

Months of sacrifice, preparation and training. It’s nearly time to bring it home. Come on Chris!

A successful day at the CIMAC Superleague in Windsor. Trinity Leeson Rice grabbed a Bronze medal in semi contact and smashed it in the light contact coming out with a Gold medal.

Sifu Robert Francis had an awesome weekend of training with fellow Lau Gar Kung Fu Guardians and senior students at the fantastic training facilities of Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

Master Yau and Master Russell shared their knowledge to help us unlock many new channels to improve the effectiveness of our personal training and Kung Fu application.

He’s still energised and looking forward to sharing a new approach with our Pro Martial Arts Kung Fu students.

We had a great day supporting and facilitating the Petchnoi Muay Thai Academy boxers at their Interclub event which was held at Pro Martial Arts today.

It was motivating to see a different martial art and discipline in action and to appreciate the skills and techniques involved.

To find passion in a sport which you dedicate time to is an inspiration to all which we at Pro Martial Arts can totally relate to!

There are opportunities to host events at the Pro Martial Arts gym if you require a private venue or we can facilitate classes for you.

We have worked with young children, schools, scout groups and football teams and have put together specific programs to boost fitness, confidence and technique.

We have a wealth of experience to share with you and you have the opportunity to be taught by 3^rd and 5^th Degree black belts for all your Lau Gar Kung Fu and Kickboxing requirements.  You also have the availability of a 1-1 personal trainer on request; making this establishment a one stop shop for all of your well-being needs.  All our instructors have DBS clearance (previously CRB).
