Jamaine Brown
My name is Jamaine Brown, I have been studying in the art of Lau Gar for 14 years. Lau Gar has given me the ideals and skills to teach, mentor and inspire everyone at the Pro Martial Arts Gym. I believe that you will only get back as much as you put in, and I see that all the students at the gym always give 100%, and are always supported by everyone there. We are a family at Pro Martial arts gym and so treat everyone one of our students with respect and help each other out where need be.
