I am a great believer in PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) which has helped me in many aspects of my life of which I am fortunate to pass on those learnings to all students that take up the Chinese martial art Lau Gar Kung Fu. It has given me the tools to support, mentor and inspire children and adults of all ages. At the Pro Martial Arts gym, you can experience a family orientated and disciplined approach in all the classes taught, which creates an ideal environment for students to be relaxed and learn kickboxing.
