Ladies Kickboxing Free Taster Sessions

We have loved seeing all the new faces at our Ladies only Kickboxing free trial sessions this week!
It was a great turnout and to receive such positive feedback on you all enjoying the classes too is very rewarding for us as a team.

The 8-week course is due to start on 1st February and includes two sessions per week, Monday & Wednesday 7-8pm, all in for £50.

For those who have already signed up; we look foward to working with you on the following:

  • Self-Defence – work on basic techniques which give you the confidence to defend yourself.
  • Cardio Fitness – exercises aimed at improving your fitness and getting you toned.
  • Pad Work – combinations of punches, kicks and blocks.
