Merry Christmas

There is so much love and respect for these four guys! Doing what they do best and are passionate about. Giving their time, knowledge and experience and ensuring this is passed onto our members and students.

We thank you all for your hard work as you continue the work Tracy started at PMA.

We have had a great 2016 with some excellent successes for individuals and ‘Team Strong’.  This is down to you, your energy and enthusiasm to see students learn and progress.

The PMA team would like to wish you all a peaceful Christmas and New Year. Xmas 2016

Kickboxing Gradings

The instructors would like to say well done to all those that graded recently.

Everyone rose to the challenge and it showed that a lot of effort had been put in to prepare for the gradings which was displayed in good discipline and technique.

The next grading will be even harder so keep up the good work and repetition means improvement.
